Testimonials

Here's what customers have said about our services.

★★★★★ "Very Kind"
Debbie and her team have been fantastic working with my 90 year old dad. My mum passed in March 24 which left my dad very lonely. Taylormaid came to take him out twice a week in his wheelchair to have a cup of tea or an ice cream. It made a world of difference. He loved talking to them and found them very kind. I would definitely recommend them! Sue Field, Littlehampton
★★★★★ "Genuine difference"
Trying to care for a relative with dementia from 100 miles away was very stressful and my auntie was very isolated and alone. The whole TaylorMaid team under Debbie’s guidance are so caring and supportive. Nothing is too much trouble and they really make a difference to their clients' lives. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Sandra Evans, Hertfordshire
★★★★★ "Caring, resourceful"
It was not easy for our elderly mother to accept help in her home, being such an independent-minded person! But it didn’t take long before Mum accepted Debbie and her team. Caring and resourceful, we are very happy with the service provided to our mother. From companionship to cleaning and shopping and arranging hairdressing services at home, Debbie and her team have exceeded our expectations. Justine Locher, Littlehampton
★★★★★ "Positive attitude"
Debbie looks after our mother, who suffers with Parkinson’s Disease. She is caring, attentive, intuitive, hard working and tackles the challenges we face with a positive, can-do attitude. Nothing is too much work and she does everything with a big smile. Debbie is excellent at keeping everyone up to date. Not only is she an exceptional help, she’s become a true friend to us all. We could not recommend Debbie more highly. Annabella Davies, Worthing
★★★★★ "Professionalism"
Before visiting my friend, I had spoken to Debbie and got a good feeling about her. There doesn't seem to be anything she can't do. What is particularly impressive is her professionalism and very high standards in everything she does. Ann, Basford
★★★★★ "Treasures"
I am fortunate to have used Taylormaid for several months. Debbie and her team are difficult "treasures" to find. Their work is excellent and I haven't the slightest hesitation in recommending them. Margaret, Angmering
★★★★★ "Empathetic"
We are very happy and satisfied with the companion care that Debbie gives our mother in Littlehampton. She is a very kind and empathetic lady who makes a lovely companion and friend. We would highly recommend her services to anyone. Elouisa Bayley and Diane Bayley, Littlehampton
★★★★★ "Social visits"
Meeting Debbie was like a weight was lifted as she agreed to meet my mum who has dementia and arranged weekly social visits. This week they enjoyed an outing to a local cafe and a cup of tea and cake in the sunshine. Lesley, Rustington

Customer Stories

Some of our customers and their stories.

Lizzie fancied a trip out to look at the boats at Arun Yacht Club as she has a keen interest in boats and sailing, and we were happy to oblige on such a beautiful summer's day! Afterwards, we had a snack and a coffee sitting by the river enjoying the sun and the view, and listening to the sounds on the river.

Meet Peter, the cheeky chappy that keeps everyone smiling, happy with his tea, toast and a good natter with Debbie.
Peter is always happy to see us and always has a smile for us! It's so rewarding to see his face light up when we arrive to prepare some lunch or a snack, and to share some great conversation with Peter.

Julia has Parkinson’s Disease and despite the challenges she faces she continues to smile and always puts a smile on our faces. We love to hear her play when we visit. We support Julia with shopping, light housework, meal preparation and taking her to appointments. Thank you, Julia, for being such an inspiration to us all!

It’s always a delight to make someone’s day. We help Joyce boost her confidence to get up, get dressed, and enjoy a coffee in the sunshine.Joyce looks forward to our visits, especially on fish and chips day! One of the team, Donna, said “I just love the look on Joyce’s face when I turn up with her fish and chips. Her smile says it all!”

So good to be home again! After visiting Ron whilst he was in hospital recently, now that he is home again it was lovely to be able to go out for a walk with him to get some fresh air and have a cafe stop for tea and his favourite crimson cake! As with all of our customers, Ron always has a wealth of stories about his life to share with us.

Bernie loves to be able to get out in the garden during the spring and summer months. We provide respite care for Bernie so that his wife Sue can get out to do some shopping, run some errands, and see some friends from time-to-time. Bernie has befriended a seagull in theri garden, and love to feed it when it comes to call.
