Testimonials

Here's what customers have said about our services.

★★★★★ "Very Kind"
Debbie and her team have been fantastic working with my 90 year old dad. My mum passed in March 24 which left my dad very lonely. Taylormaid came to take him out twice a week in his wheelchair to have a cup of tea or an ice cream. It made a world of difference. He loved talking to them and found them very kind. I would definitely recommend them! Sue Field, Littlehampton
★★★★★ "Genuine difference"
What a relief it was to find Debbie and her team. Trying to care for a relative with dementia from 100 miles away was very stressful and my Auntie was very isolated and alone. The whole TaylorMaid team under Debbie’s guidance are so caring and supportive both to the client and their relatives. Nothing is too much trouble and you can tell that they all really want to make a genuine difference to their client’s lives. They kept me informed and dealt with any issues quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs companion support. Thank you all. Sandra Evans, Hertfordshire
★★★★★ "Caring, resourceful"
It was not easy for our elderly mother to accept help in her home, being such an independent-minded person! But it didn’t take long before Mum accepted Debbie and her team. Caring and resourceful, we are very happy with the service provided to our mother. From companionship to cleaning and shopping and arranging hairdressing services at home, Debbie and her team have exceeded our expectations. Justine Locher, Littlehampton
★★★★★ "Positive attitude"
Debbie looks after our mother, who suffers with Parkinson’s Disease. She is caring, attentive, intuitive, hard working and tackles the challenges we face with a positive, can-do attitude. Nothing is too much work and she does everything with a big smile. Debbie is excellent at keeping everyone up to date. Not only is she an exceptional help, she’s become a true friend to us all. We could not recommend Debbie more highly. Annabella Davies, Worthing
★★★★★ "Professionalism"
Before visiting my friend, I had spoken to Debbie and got a good feeling about her. There doesn't seem to be anything she can't do. What is particularly impressive is her professionalism and very high standards in everything she does. Ann, Basford
★★★★★ "Treasures"
I am fortunate to have used Taylormaid for several months. Debbie and her team are difficult "treasures" to find. Their work is excellent and I haven't the slightest hesitation in recommending them. Margaret, Angmering
★★★★★ "Empathetic"
We are very happy and satisfied with the companion care that Debbie gives our mother in Littlehampton. She is a very kind and empathetic lady who makes a lovely companion and friend. We would highly recommend her services to anyone. Elouisa Bayley and Diane Bayley, Littlehampton
★★★★★ "Social visits"
Meeting Debbie was like a weight was lifted as she agreed to meet my mum who has dementia and arranged weekly social visits. This week they enjoyed an outing to a local cafe and a cup of tea and cake in the sunshine. Lesley, Rustington

Customer Stories

Some of our customers and their stories.

Matthew is recovering from a recent stroke and enjoys going out for some exercise and fresh air, stopping off for a coffee along the way. On her last visit with Matthew, Millie took along lovely little Cyril as Matthew is an ardent dog lover. They got on so well that Millie will be taking Cyril along again for regular walks.

It was Lizzie's 85th birthday and to celebrate she wanted to go out for a cream tea and TaylorMaid were happy to oblige! We visit Lizzie in her care home regularly, and take her for drives to some of her favourite places such as the Arundel farmer's market, Littlehampton yacht club, and of course the cafe.

Bernie loves to be able to get out in the garden during the spring and summer months. We provide respite care for Bernie so that his wife Sue can get out to do some shopping, run some errands, and see some friends from time-to-time. Bernie has befriended a seagull in their garden, and loves to feed it when it comes to call.

Meet Peter, the cheeky chappy that keeps everyone smiling, happy with his tea, toast and a good natter with Debbie.
Peter is always happy to see us and always has a smile for us! It's so rewarding to see his face light up when we arrive to prepare some lunch or a snack, and to share some great conversation with Peter.

Janet loves to get out for a shopping trip to Waitrose, especially at Christmas time. Debbie regulalry visits Janet to help around the home and to drive Janet out for shopping, to the garden centre, or just for a coffee. This time, Janet was stocking up on some tasty treats for her Christmas table, and some new Christmas decorations.

So good to be home again! After visiting Ron whilst he was in hospital recently, now that he is home again it was lovely to be able to go out for a walk with him to get some fresh air and have a cafe stop for tea and his favourite crimson cake! As with all of our customers, Ron always has a wealth of stories about his life to share with us.
