Photography and Video
It is our policy to ask all our customers if they are happy with photographs or video footage being taken during care visits. We will always check whether you are comfortable for any photographs or video to be used on our website or social media posts before usage.

Medical Information
Taylormaid will always ask for any medical information regarding your care. All medical information will be treated with the strictest confidence and only the necessary carer or carers will be advised of the information to ensure safety.

Care Provider
In most cases, Taylormaid will provide the same care provider to maintain continuity but this may change due to illness or other absence and circumstances beyond our control.

Code of Conduct
Customers have the right to:

• Be safe and happy during care visits
• Be listened to;
• Be respected and treated fairly;
• Privacy;
• Ask for help.

Customers are expected to:

• Listen to advice from their carer;
• Respect the rights of their carer;
• Refrain from bad language or abusive behavior.

Limitations and Exclusions of Liability
Taylormaid cannot be held responsible for any particular visit, carer and/or item of equipment not being available for whatever reason.

Taylormaid reserves the right to make alterations to care visits to customers and will provide appropriate notice to customers of any such alterations.

Taylormaid shall not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations except insofar as such loss is by law incapable of exclusion.

Changes to our Policies
Taylormaid reserves the right to change our Policies at any time and will inform customers of any such changes.
